We stumbled upon each other,
like babies just learning to walk.
We were injured and tumbling,
yearning for support.
A spark began to grow,
it started to sparkle like the sky.
We held each other in our arms,
hoping, wishing we would never let go.
The first chapter sparked like a firework.
The second burned like a steady candle.
And we're just getting in the third,
knowing the future is bright.
